Refer Your Family & Friends and You Could Win $1,000
Our patients give us the ultimate compliment when they refer family and friends to our practice. To recognize your thoughtfulness in supporting Cleveland Null, DDS, PC, we are introducing the “Word-of-Mouth” Referral Contest*.
The contest will start in April and run through July 31. Here is how the contest works:
Refer a Friend & Enter the Contest – Give one of the referral cards (with your name filled in) to refer a friend to Cleveland Null, DDS, PC. When they come in for a new patient appointment and turn in your referral card, you will receive one credit point and be entered into the contest to vie for the $1,000 prize.
Get a Gift! For the first friend you refer who becomes a patient of our practice, you’ll receive a gift of appreciation.
Refer Another Friend & Increase Your Odds – For each additional person you refer who comes in for a new patient appointment, you will receive another credit point, increasing your chances of winning the $1,000 prize.
The person with the most credit points by July 31, 2009 (the one who refers the most new patients) will be our prize winner.

*This contest is open to current patients of Cleveland Null, DDS, PC. To officially be entered into the contest, referrals must make an appointment and see one of our dentists prior to July 31, 2009. The person referred must be a new patient to the practice or an individual who has not been seen by one of our dentists in two years. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this contest.
